Hybrid ANC uses microphones inside and outside each ear cup to pick up noise and cancel it. ANC turns on by itself when you power on the headphones. Press the NC button to switch modes. Transport mode targets airplane engine noise. Outdoor mode reduces traffic and wind. Indoor mode suits offices with people talking in the background.
To hear your surroundings, place your palm on the right ear cup for 1 to 2 seconds until you hear a tone. Repeat to exit Transparency mode. The headphones do not start in Transparency mode.
Tap an Android phone with NFC on the soundcore logo on the right ear cup to pair. To add a second device by Bluetooth, keep the first one connected and press the power button twice. The second device has 2 minutes to connect before the headphones exit pairing mode. Hold the play/pause button for 1 second to start Siri or your phone’s voice assistant.
The included 3.5mm AUX cable plays audio from devices without Bluetooth. ANC and NFC do not work in AUX mode. The AUX cable has no microphone, so calls in wired mode go through your phone’s own microphone.
The headphones do not play audio while charging. Charge them with a wall adapter of at least 5V 1A, because some low-output chargers and USB ports fail to charge them. Soundcore lists no water resistance rating. If liquid gets on the headphones, dry them with a hairdryer on its cool setting.
If sound plays from one side only or pairing fails, hold the power button and Volume Up together for 5 seconds. A pink light flashes twice, then a fast blue light shows the headphones are in pairing mode.
