The Anker Soundcore Q11i is a wireless over-ear Bluetooth headphone with 40mm dynamic drivers, a one-touch BassUp button and up to 60 hours of playtime. It connects to two devices at once and weighs 241g. Soundcore states that the Q11i has no active noise cancelling (ANC).

Soundcore rates the Q11i for Hi-Res audio over the included 3.5mm AUX cable only. Plug in the cable and Bluetooth switches off. The buttons stop working while the cable is connected.
Press the BASS button once to turn BassUp on or off. It raises the bass for genres such as EDM and hip-hop. Hold the BASS button for 2 seconds to start your phone’s voice assistant.
The multifunction button turns the headphones on or off with a 2-second hold. Press it once to play, pause, answer or end a call. Hold it for 2 seconds to reject a call. The volume buttons change volume with one press and skip tracks with a 2-second hold.
To add a second device, keep the first one connected and press the multifunction button twice. The headphones enter pairing mode for the second device. You also turn on multipoint in the soundcore app under Settings.
The headphones switch off after 1 hour without activity while connected, and you change that time in the soundcore app. With no device connected, they switch off after 10 minutes.
To remove an ear cushion, twist it anticlockwise. To refit it, line up its 4 holes with the 4 clips on the ear cup and twist clockwise until it clicks. Soundcore sells replacement Q11i earpads.
Dry the USB-C port before charging if water or sweat gets on it. Keep the headphones switched off while they charge.
If sound plays from one side only or the headphones fail to connect, reset them. With the power on, hold Volume Up and the multifunction button together for 5 seconds until the LED flashes red 3 times.
