SmartTune senses whether the speaker stands, lies flat or hangs from your hand, then changes the EQ to match. It is rated IPX7 and plays up to 13 hours on a charge.

SmartTune switches between three sound modes as you move the speaker:
- Standing upright: Immersive Mode
- Lying flat: 360° Mode
- Held upright in your hand: Dynamic Mode
LDAC sends 3 times more data than the standard SBC codec. It works with Android 8.0 or later phones, not iPhone. Turn it on in the app under Settings, Sound Mode, Preferred Audio Quality. The switch takes about 10 seconds. LDAC uses more power and shortens playtime, and it holds a steadier connection in places with little Bluetooth interference.
IPX7 means the speaker survives immersion in water. Seal the waterproof cover over the port tightly before the speaker goes near water.
Press the Bluetooth button to enter pairing mode, then select “soundcore Motion 300” on your phone. It reconnects to the last device you used when you turn it on. It plays from one device at a time, so pause the active device before you play from another.
For stereo, connect one Motion 300 to your phone, then hold the Bluetooth button on both speakers for 2 seconds. You hear a tone when they pair. The Motion 300 pairs only with another Motion 300. It does not support PartyCast.
Button controls:
- Power: press to turn on, hold 2 seconds to turn off
- Multi-function: press once to play, pause, answer or end a call. Press twice to skip forward, three times to go back. Hold 2 seconds to reject a call or start your phone’s voice assistant
- BassUp: press to turn the bass boost on or off
- Volume Up and Down: press to change volume
The app offers soundcore Signature, Voice, Treble Boost, Balance, BassUp and a Custom EQ. With no device connected, the speaker turns off after 20 minutes. Set a different time in the app.
To reset, hold the Bluetooth button and Volume Up together for at least 4 seconds. The speaker restarts with a tone.
