We stock genuine products only. We buy from the brands, their authorised distributors and established suppliers. We do not sell copies, and most item comes with the manufacturer's warranty.
How we check your item depends on its packaging:
- Boxes without a permanent seal: we open and test the item before dispatch, so it reaches you in working order.
- Boxes with a permanent factory seal: we leave the seal intact. You break it yourself and see that the product is brand new.

- Delivery within Nairobi CBD is free. Other parts of Nairobi pay a small fee.
- Nairobi orders arrive within 15 to 90 minutes, depending on your location.
- Orders outside Nairobi arrive within 24 to 48 hours on business days. You pick the courier: G4S, Fargo Courier, or a matatu parcel service.
- In Nairobi, you pay on delivery by M-Pesa or cash.
